GMA7 TV-RADIO reports that the CHR (Commission of Human Rights) plan to cite the 10 TMG (Traffic Management Group) operatives with contempt for snubbing the hearing again and again. [Click here to watch the video.] I wonder why they are not appearing after Angelo Reyes & Angcanan
assured the CHR their full cooperation?
Is it because they may contradict themselves again?
Is it because they beleive they are above the law? (Afterall, Angcanan already cleared them.)
Is it because they have overly confused themselves with their lies?
Is it because they know there are new evidences that they may not be able to answer?

ReplyDeletehas no authority over them anyway so why should they appear? They only answer to the people who ordered the MURDER.
It does not matter if they appear or not--the FILIPINOS who know their corrupt style and other bloggers of other nationalities WHO SAW THE VIDEO KNOW THEY MURDERED YOUR CLASSMATE and HIS COMPANIONS VIOLATING THEIR HUMAN RIGHTS.

ReplyDeleteI have this theory on what might have happened: Dulay, one of Manzano's companions, was either on the TMG's priority list; police protection in this case could have been substantial in Dulay's successive carjacking activities. With Dulay's name on the priority list, and given that Ryan Dulay could turn state witness in order to save his reputation, the TMG operatives (who might have been the key protectors of the so-called Valle Verde Guwapings gang), paranoid of course, made it damn sure that none of the passengers of the ill-fated nissan exalta would live to expose them. Come to think of it, there was no other reason for the over-kill that happend. Unless of course there was something far more important to hide. With the report given by the police that one of the TMG vehicles was stationed near the vicinity, they surely knew that: First, the area was surrounded by residential condominiums WITH WINDOWS facing the crime scene. And second, that gunfire would surely elicit onlookers to focus their attention to the crime scene. Lastly, the area was within range of a newly-established McDonald's outlet, home to graveyard shifters of the numerous call centers nearby; there would definitely be at least one witness. But then again, the consequence of such brutal a murder would in fact be less severe than the conspiracy involved in the Valle Verde Guwapings' short-lived history.
ReplyDeleteIm also a classmate of Fx from kostka, he's my barkada before, madalas kami gumimik, napapaaway kami before pero never ko sya nakita pumalag o nakialam, tahimik lang sya so i know he's not palaaway, one suspected carnapper (Tuzon) suspect in stealing Iya's patrol (wowowee host) also studied in Kostka, Yun yung finifigure out ko kung o baka nagkaroon ng link si Fx sa kanya kasi back in high school days, wala akong naaalala na nagusap si Fx and si Tuzon, May record kasi talaga si Tuzon para gumawa ng hindi maganda, hindi sa naninira ako pero nung high school pa kami, kilala sya sa pagiging freak, siga siga. One of my friend told me that he knows Tuzon ngayon, He told me na gumagawa talaga ng anomalya sa oto yun ngayon. It also happened na kilala ko din yung talyer na pinagbibintangan na bagsakan ng carnap na sasakyan in mandaluyong (Julius), to tell you honestly, sa tingin ko gumagawa din ng anomalya dun sa talyer na yun kasi before, inaalukan nila ko ng total wrek na sasakyan and hanap daw ako ng walang papel na oto and transfer lahat ng parts. I used to be a used car dealer kaya ako inalok. Pero si Fx, malabo talaga gumawa ng ganun bagay yun, humawak ng baril, malabo, somethimes iniimagine ko na siya manghaharang and manunutok ng baril para mang carjack, hindi ko talaga makita sa mukha nya na magagawa nya yun, napakatahimik na tao, sobrang labo, sobrang hindi pwede.
