LATEST ABS-CBN NEWS REPORT CONFIRMS MURDER not SHOOT OUT

The January 11, 2006 ABS-CBN News report just confirms what we have always said from the beginning that the TMG Operatives murdered my friend and his companions last November 7. Their superiors covered it up by saying the victims fired first hitting Murderer Belmonte and that the victims were all carnappers with guns and license plates. (A video came out showing the police murdering the young men and planting the guns and the license plates.) ABS CBN said this was not a shoot-out but a rub-out. The victims never fired at the policemen but the policemen entered the car and shot them at the back of their heads close range. Murderer Belmonte was not shot by any of the victims but by his own gun or by one of his companion's gun. The bullet shells all came from the policemen's guns. It also brought to my mind what one of the bloggers said about his uncle in Camp Crame saying this same thing last November 8. That comment was right on!

The Commission of Human Rights will release their findings in a few weeks.

"did you guys catch the news last night? the Commission on Human Rights announced their findings regarding the alleged shootout between the TMG and suspected carjackers.

to paraphrase: "There was no evidence of a shootout, thus, it can be assumed that an extra judicial killing took place"

some of the information that was shared during the news:

    - all of the firearms used during the encounter were tested and traced the spent shells to all but one firearm used by the TMG operatives. the missing firearm is from one of the the TMG operatives and has yet to be submitted (actually, it was funny the way the Police-TMG representatives was trying to parry the questions being asked regarding the missing gun --- panel: So, can we reasonably conclude that one gun is missing? rep: No, it just wasnt submitted and we are looking for it) which means, the suspects did not fire their weapons as the TMG claims.

    - the TMG operative who was shot in the leg (which was seen in the video) was presumably hit by friendly fire... the CHR actually said that he might have accidentally shot himself!!!

Let's see how those 10 policemen, Angcanan, Lomibao and Reyes wiggle their way out of this. Surely my "palusot" sila because those policemen would not just murder unless they had the order from someone "up there" and assurance they will not be prosecuted. They never planned that the UNTV cameraman would film their evil acts.

The police and their superiors will concoct more lies to justify
their act. Angcanan & Reyes will not want to go to jail for command responsibility!(We know they wont-not in the Philippines). Imagine, binigyan pa ng medalya si Belmonte and the 10 TMG murderers were lauded for their bravery - ano "bayani ng bayan" because they continued to shoot the wounded, helpless young men inside the car? Nakakakilabot! Karma man!
