Six Years and Still Waiting

Six years. This is still an open case. A few months ago, the Police Chief overseeing this case committed suicide when an investigation of his corruption began. The Philippine legal system may be failing FX, but not in "the other side." I hope FX's case finds justice soon and protects others in the future.

Never forget! This may be old news to most people, but this kind of injustice still happens everyday.

  3. Hi! My name is Rebecca Padilla and I live in Renaissance so I remember very well when this happened, to my horror, and prayed for the victims of this tragic night.I write to you now because I have been reminded only this morning about this horror when somebody told me that the Chief of Police in my hometown(Jose Panganiban Cams Norte is one of the suspects from this case- Samson Belmonte. Suffice to say, I am still in shock. I cannot imagine any government unethical as ours.

I wish to know more about FX'case please. I feel I need to know more than I want to know.
My family grieves for many extra-judicial operations and I know how you all must feel...
I am an older sister of Robin Padilla so I suppose you know that our father had been assasinated in 1988, My brother "Randy Padilla"of Karnap King(Robin's first movie), had been killed by the same group also. Ivan Padilla is my nephew...

So I guess you more or less understand how I feel especially from knowing today yhay about Belmonte's promotion after they were acquitted from the Ortigas shoot out, and transferred to my hometown as Chief of Police...

Pls email me or find me on Facebook, and send me a message on how this case is now being pursued. I wish to know more... Thank you...

    Rebecca
