I was watching the videos from the eye witness over and over again today. There's this amateur video taken by a woman and a guy from what seemed to be the balcony of their condominium. (When I get the chance, I'll see if I can post the video here.)
A thought came to mind while I was watching the amateur video: Could the 3 boys have possibly witnessed a shooting that the PNP TMG (police) were involved in prior to being chased? Is this why the PNP TMG were determined to kill these boys? I mean, is it normal for the PNP TMG to be carrying m-16 rifles with a chest/shoulder full of bullets to go after "car thieves"?! They can't even afford proper forensic tools and here they are with heavy duty machines guns! Those guns may have been possibly aimed to kill (or have already killed) someone else. These 3 boys just happen to drive by the incident and witness it -- which led to their own deaths. That would explain why the police did such a thorough job of finishing them off.... since dead men tell no tales. What do you think?
There was a news interview with the lead investigator from PNP TMG regarding this amateur video. (Don't you find it ridiculous that the PNP TMG are the ones running their own investigation as proof of what really happened? It's like asking OJ Simpson to run his own investigation as to whether or not he really killed his wife. The outcome of their investigation is quite obvious before they even started: "Um... not guilty... yeah, right... that's it.. not guilty! Ahem.") Back to the lead investigator. He says that the amateur video will not be considered in their investigation and was so quick to change the subject away from that video. What are they trying to shun away from or not give light to?
i found this blog from a friend's blog.
ReplyDeletehindi tlga tama yung gnwa nung mga police na yun. i also felt what you might have felt while watching the video on news. they were killed like pigs ~as for my opinion and my parents' too~.
sna hnd n lng ganun yung gnwa nla. taking justice into their own hands.
Determining whether the slain kids were really carjackers, mistaken identities in the wrong place at the wrong time, or simply fall guys are yet to be determined through unbiased investigations. But the case of police brutallity (if indeed the killers were legitimate law enforcers since they were not in police uniform in an unmarked police car) was definitely an overkill and therefore a crime! Rules of engagement clearly states that upon police securing the crime scene from any further violence, any hurting in both law enforcers or criminal suspects should be rushed to the hospital and killed so they can no longer be investigated or given a chance to air their side!!! The unexpected amature video clearly showed police brutality at it's peak. We all pray that justice will be swiftly and ultimately be served...if not in this life, then definitely in the next!
ReplyDeletewhat happen here is really wrong. i don't want to judge the operations of the TMG, but the way i see it, the police kill them to silence them. One of the 3 might be a carnapper but for sure they act on it with police protections. No one would dare to operate this kind of carnapping (including clearing within a day of LTO) unless it has police protection. We just pray that God enlighten what happened so it won't happen again.
ReplyDeleteI think of what you've mentioned as a possibility. Or maybe they (the police) have been required ( you know like college paper deadlines) to finish a planned activity and since they weren't able to finish it, they resorted to something to save their asses and that is to CHEAT! They cheated these boys of their lives to save theirs. But then that is only a possibility! Which ironically happened.
ReplyDeleteThey have mercilessly killed... almost to the point of butchering these victims. They do not have concrete evidence, only those they planted of course.
GOD! We are not so thick-headed as they think... the Filipino people are not dumb. And neither are we gullible, which they think we are and they are definitely wrong.
E kung sa anak kaya nila mangayari yun?! How would they feel? But I do hope it won't happen to anyone again, even to their sons or daughters and even to them. What I'm deeply wishing and praying for right now is that justice be attained by the families of these victims.
How can we live nowadays, now that we can't trully trust our police?
