Ortigas: The Biggest Carnapping Ring in Manila

I had a friend in the anti-carnapping division of what is now PNP(philippine constabulary) and guess what they found? The biggest carnapping ring in Manila happened to be oeprated by cops and former cops. Where? Ortigas!

26-year-old Francis Xavier "FX" Manzano was brutally murdered by the Philippine National Police ("PNP") on the evening of November 7, 2005 in Ortigas, an industrial section in the city of Manila. The PNP claimed it was a shootout against carjackers. However, there was too much evidence to the contrary as it was in fact a rubout. This is substantiated by several eye-witnesses, including a video recording from UNTV (a local TV station who happened to be filming at the time), to forensic reports, and the evidence that has yet to unfold. This blog is written to expose the corruption by the PNP against my classmate, FX -- who was NOT a carjacker, a thief, or a gun-toting criminal. Please help clear FX's name.
